Welcome to the SET Program!
We are very excited to offer this program to you, our student employees.
We believe that your participation in the certification program will provide you with an
excellent opportunity to enhance your skill set, enabling you to better succeed in your
current position and as you advance in your career.
The program will consist of classes tailored to provide you with extensive training and
professional development. Four core classes must be completed for core certification.
If you also complete at least five (5) of the elective classes, you will qualify for
expert certification.
There will be receptions prior to and after the program that you are strongly
encouraged to attend.
How to Cite Your Participation in S.E.T.
Future employers are impressed by your participation in professional development experiences such
as the Student Enhancement Training program. Including this on your resume helps to set you apart
and shows that you are a person who seeks out ways to improve your skills. Here is an example of
