Student Development and Enrollment Services (SDES) invites SDES student employees and peer educators to complete the Student Enhancement Training (SET). The purpose of SET is for UCF students to gain practical knowledge and to develop evidenced skills that directly shape their role as an SDES leader. By completing this program, students will also develop transferable expertise to advance their career at UCF and beyond.
The SET program will continue with the four core: FERPA, Title IX, Leadership, and Diversity & Inclusion. The SET committee will no longer offer scheduled in-person training in Title IX or SET Leadership. Rather, individual training or department training including the core four will make your student staff eligible for SET credit! Training coordinators or departments will be able to download our SET Student Tracking Sheet. Once students complete the core four, the training coordinator or supervisor will submit the official list firstname.lastname@example.org. Our committee will send the certificate to students and their supervisor.
